Order Placement


How and when should I place my order?
Orders should be submitted online at least 5 working days in advance of your event. Confirmation from Gourmetz Pte Ltd via phone, fax, or email is required to validate your order.

What if I need urgent catering services?
For urgent catering needs, please contact us directly at (65) 6266 0655 to ensure prompt attention.

Can I customize my order or add additional dishes?
Customization and additional dishes are available, with ala-carte pricing applicable for extra items. Note that a surcharge may apply for small orders or special timing requests.

Halal Certification


Is Gourmetz Pte Ltd Halal certified?
Yes, Gourmetz Pte Ltd is proud to be Halal certified, ensuring our services are suitable for a wide range of dietary requirements.

Payment


How are GST charges applied?
All prices are subject to prevailing GST rates and may change accordingly.

What are the payment terms for large orders?
For orders exceeding S$2000.00, Gourmetz Pte Ltd reserves the right to request a 50% deposit of the total invoice.

How and when should payment be made?
Payment is due upon delivery and receipt of catering services, either by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to “Gourmetz Pte Ltd”. For cash payments, request a signature from our staff on the invoice upon delivery.

What if there's a dispute over payment?
Payment disputes will only be entertained with proof of payment.
