What are the transportation fees for different catering services?
Buffet/Tea Reception: S$80.00 per trip (S$87.20 incl. GST)
Full Day Seminar: S$90 per day (S$98.10 incl. GST)
Half Day Seminar: S$75 per day (S$81.75 incl. GST)
Packet Meal/Mini Buffet: S$40 per drop off (S$43.60 incl. GST)

Are there any additional charges for specific locations or times?
A surcharge of S$15 applies for deliveries to the CBD area.
Late collection fees are S$50 for collections after 10:30 PM until 11:30 PM, and S$100 from 11:30 PM until 1:00 AM.

What should I expect regarding delivery times?
Please allow a ±45-minute grace period from the stated "ready time" for unforeseen delays. Gourmetz Pte Ltd will not be responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic. Payment is still required, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for declined buffet orders due to delays.
