How is "Delivery Time" defined within the scope of our services?
The term "Delivery Time" pertains to the stipulated time for service delivery as enumerated in the client’s Purchase Order, inclusive of a discretionary grace period of +/- 30 minutes to accommodate minor adjustments in scheduling.

What constitutes the grace period for delivery?
A grace period of +/- 30 minutes is allocated for all deliveries, intended to mitigate unforeseen delays due to external factors. Deliveries executed within this grace period shall not be classified as delayed.

What recourse is available in the event of a service delivery delay?
In the unlikely event that service delivery surpasses the allotted grace period, excepting conditions outlined in Clause 10.4, clients may opt to:
Consent to a revised delivery schedule, absolving the vendor of liability for the delay.
Annul the delayed portion of the service agreement without financial penalty.
Collaborate on a mutually agreeable resolution.
